Gotham Greens
THE ROLE
Gotham Greens is seeking an Oracle System Administrator who can help support our rapid growth by developing and implementing technology and data solutions and Oracle ERP system. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to define business challenges, assess business requirements, design processes, measure outcomes, and work with our data and solutions development teams in the production of solutions. Additionally, you will work with our systems architecture team in establishing process and a framework for the utilization and management of Oracle ERP and corresponding modules. You will study and analyze data, requirements, and solutions to better understand and deliver on provided solutions. You will work with both normalized and denormalized data structures. This is a highly analytical role with main tasks including analyzing vendor data structure, native data structures, tracking and importing data, and analyzing business needs, and objectives, and pairing those to solution delivery.
This role sits at the nexus of business and technology, so the ideal candidate is fluent in both and can liaise seamlessly across functions and people. We are looking for someone who is energized by thinking strategically to solve big questions and challenges and loves going deep into the details and data. The ideal candidate is an effective analyst and project manager with experience leading complex initiatives through to completion.
