Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the company’s sales team and processes.
Support in the development of internal and external presentation materials.
Support event planning and coordination for sales shows and other relevant events.
Manage administrative sales support processes such as new customer set-up, and ad hoc duties as needed.
Coordinate the distribution of product samples to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
1+ years of experience in a coordinator or assistant role in a CPG company preferred.
Good communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take action to ensure smooth team operations.
