Our Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative Team. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will play a key part in bringing the Health-Ade portfolio to life.
We’re seeking a dynamic, multidisciplinary designer with a passion for the CPG beverage space and a finger on the pulse for the latest design trends and cultural happenings. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thrives on innovation while remaining focused on maintaining brand consistency. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess the agility to pivot between projects. Their ability to handle feedback with a solutions-driven mindset and work cross-functionally is key to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative requests for digital and print marketing materials (e.g., new product launches, brand campaigns, in-store displays, and partnerships) that align with brand guidelines and initiatives. Projects include in-store POS, OOH, various PR assets, sell sheets, paid ads, image resizes, and more.
Conduct research, create mood boards, and craft designs that support broader marketing objectives, continuously innovating and pushing creative boundaries.
Actively participate in creative kick-offs, presenting concepts and designs to internal stakeholders with clarity and strategic rationale.
Translate high-level design direction and build digital/print assets to expand and adapt design systems across various touchpoints.
Collaborate and assist with photoshoot & campaign development, as needed.
Manage project workload efficiently, ensuring timely revisions based on internal and/or retailer feedback.
Partner with Project Manager to hit project milestones, fulfilling long-lead project requests while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of design experience working at a creative agency, design studio, or in-house.
Bachelor's degree in art, design, or related discipline.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
A well-rounded portfolio that includes examples of digital & print design and demonstrates great attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography and composition.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an emphasis on file management.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and articulate design thinking clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
An understanding of design decisions based on performance metrics.
This position requires a reliable working environment with consistent access to WiFi, ensuring uninterrupted productivity and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Nice to Haves:
Previous experience in the CPG industry, particularly with beverage brands.
An interest in or ability to create custom illustrations.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, as well as collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Dropbox.
A working knowledge of preparing press-ready files and an understanding of the print production process.
COMPENSATION: At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $75,000-$80,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
