Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager plays a pivotal role in the planning, implementation, and direction of all warehouse and distribution activities. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for the company’s growth and will be instrumental in developing an adaptable organization that can embrace new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement warehouse and distribution operations strategy in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Create and execute policies to maximize capacity while ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate physical inventory levels and establish effective production tracking and quality control systems.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering teamwork and morale while creating plans for staff development.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain sound relationships with regulatory agencies, including the FDA and notified bodies.
  • Facilitate excellent internal communication across the organization.
  • Understand and manage Master Sanitation and Environmental cleaning plans, product composition, and allergen programs.
  • Set up cost control standards and waste reduction processes to optimize logistics.
  • Analyze financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Establish departmental goals and procedures in collaboration with organizational officials.
  • Develop policies for material usage, capacity planning, production methods, and employee relations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges in warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Lead vendor selection for outsourcing complex processes and manage capital equipment selection and fabrication.
  • Assist in closing manufacturing orders for real time inventory tracking and consumption
  • Ensure accurate reporting and transfers of materials on hand to facilitate on time production

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse and distribution associates in a fast-paced environment, including experience with multiple product launches and transitions.
  • Knowledge of complex data management tools, MRP, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and rolling out operational metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to operational challenges.

COMPENSATION: At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $90,000-$100,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
