WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The HRIS Coordinator at Bolthouse Farms, Inc. will be under the direction of the HRIS & Compensation Manager. The position is responsible for assisting in data entry, basic reporting, and a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist in employee data inputs and verification of entries against forms or records. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist in performing regular maintenance on data integrity.
  • Develop knowledge of areas of systems pertaining to data entry and reporting.
  • Develop basic ad-hoc reports as requested by customer groups.
  • Ensure that system integrity is never compromised by performing data entry audits.
  • Develop a working knowledge of systems in order to understand and address basic issues that occur within the databases.
  • Develop strong knowledge of data entry process and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Payroll and Information Technology teams.
  • Work cross functionally within the People, Culture & Capabilities team on projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to comprehend and analyze data.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software applications.
  • Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 Years’ experience in Human Resources database systems
  • Adept to handle confidential information.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA and 4+ years industry experience (preferably CPG), experience in Fresh categories a plus
  • Consulting background gets bonus points!
  • Direct experience in CPG categories is strongly preferred
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen, Power BI, SPINS, IRI

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:

  • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
  • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
  • Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
