Job Description

Manna Tree is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Investor Relations professional to join our Investor Relations team. The Associate role will include responsibilities across the Investor Relations function, including fundraising, project management, materials preparation, and investor communications. The Associate will work closely with the Investor Relations Director and across the organization to drive capital formation, manage the fundraising process, and provide an institutional-level investor experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support all aspects of Investor Relations as part of small, but dynamic team
  • Assist in all elements of fundraising cycle, from product/offering formation, launch preparation, marketing, investor due diligence, through to commitment/close
  • Prepare fundraising materials including the pitchbook, PPM, DDQ, and other sales tools; collaborate with marketing team and internal stakeholders
  • Work with legal counsel and compliance to meet regulatory requirements for marketing and distribution in relevant geographies; ensure fundraising team adherence
  • Prepare and maintain data room materials, update market and fund specific data within existing materials on a quarterly or ad hoc basis, manage user permissions, and generate usage reports for analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials, responses to investor inquiries and RFPs; liaise with investment team and operations to fulfill document and information requests
  • Manage and maintain team CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and functional records; utilize CRM functionality for tracking sales funnel and pipeline activity
  • Assist with team reporting and analysis, including monthly dashboard creation, performance metrics tracking, and firm communication of key results
  • Assist with the coordination, preparation, and execution of events such as the annual general meeting, domestic and international limited partner dinners, and fundraising events
  • Assist in vetting and coordinating participation in investor conferences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Finance/Accounting concentration preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years professional experience; private equity, venture capital, or investment banking experience preferred
  • Strong grasp of private markets fundraising processes and vernacular
  • Detail orientated with an uncompromising desire for timeliness and accuracy of data
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly resourceful team player with track record of achievement in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate autonomously and exceed expectations with minimal guidance
  • Tech savvy, leveraging tech solutions for project management, data collection and analysis
  • Time management skills, manage high-volume of tasks with ease
  • Share a passion for health and wellness
  • Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Cobalt, VDR, CRM (DealCloud experience ideal)
