WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to drive guest engagement through email, SMS, social media, and local marketing. You’ll help launch campaigns, boost loyalty, and shape the guest experience across digital and in-restaurant touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to help drive guest retention, conversion, and brand affinity. This position can be located at our Scottsdale home office or performed remotely.

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Payroll Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls while staying compliant with all federal and state regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues, including hour imports from Aloha, to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Handle staffing updates like new hires, role changes, terminations, and manual checks with precision and care.
  • Manage and resolve payroll garnishments accurately and efficiently.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, boosting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Be a trusted resource for managers and employees by answering payroll questions promptly (within 24 hours).
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to create helpful training materials for management teams.
  • Run and analyze weekly and monthly payroll reports to support informed decision-making.
Benefits Responsibilities
  • Oversee all benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and deferred compensation, ensuring a seamless experience for our team members.
  • Manage key processes like ACA eligibility, qualifying life events, COBRA, leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to keep enrollments, reporting, and compliance accurate and efficient.
  • Reconcile and process benefit invoices to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Be a go-to resource for employees and managers, answering benefit questions and providing clear guidance.
  • Support open enrollment, audits, and other projects to continuously improve our benefits experience.
Reporting Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly UHC and FSA claim reports to ensure our team members’ benefits are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare monthly reports for partners like HealthTap, PerkSpot, and Curalinc, helping us provide valuable perks and support.
  • Complete quarterly Multiple Worksite Reporting for the BLS to keep us compliant and informed.
  • Generate and analyze monthly payroll reports that help leadership make smart, data-driven decisions to support our teams.

THE PERFECT PAIRING

  • 3 - 7 years’ experience in payroll or benefits
  • Motivated, results-oriented self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Solid working and knowledge with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with Dayforce / Ceridian needed
