WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

We’re looking for experienced cooks who enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented kitchen. In this role, you’ll prepare and cook fresh dishes, keep your station organized, and help deliver consistent, high-quality food to our guests. If you have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, can lift up to 50 lbs., and are available on nights or weekends, we’d love to meet you!

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Cook and prepare a variety of menu items, including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, using our kitchen equipment and recipes
  • Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of food served to guests
  • Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards every time
  • Keep your line station stocked, organized, and ready for service
  • Prep and portion ingredients before and during service as needed
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and keep equipment in good condition
  • Handle, store, and rotate all food products according to safety standards
  • Jump in to help with prep work or dish duties when needed
  • Support with opening and closing tasks by following station checklists
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene rules to keep our kitchen safe and clean
  • Communicate with your team to solve issues and keep the shift running smoothly
  • Stay flexible and help out wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating efficiently

THE PERFECT PAIRING

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment for long periods of time
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis
  • Must follow safety procedures closely
  • Must have availability to work on holidays and/or weekends
