WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE
Our Training Manager executes True Food Kitchen’s learning strategy in the field—translating brand standards and SOPs into daily behaviors that elevate guest experience, food safety, and team performance. This role maintains training content, administers Dayforce Learning and the HUB, supports new restaurant openings (NROs), delivers train-the-trainer sessions, and partners with Operations to drive adoption and certification. The Training Manager is a hands-on facilitator and project manager who turns curriculum into consistent results at store level. This is a full-time position in the True Food Kitchen home office in Scottsdale, AZ.

THE PERFECT PAIRING
4–6+ years restaurant operations and/or training experience (multi-unit full-service strongly preferred).
Proven facilitator: train-the-trainer and field coaching experience required.
Hands-on content building (checklists, SOPs, micro-learning, e-learning); LMS experience (Dayforce Learning/HUB preferred).
Working knowledge of food safety/sanitation and operational standards.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills; organized project manager with high follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe/authoring tools a plus.
Travel up to ~30–40%; evenings/weekends as needed for openings and trainings.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Completion of AIT/MIT content a plus.
