The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the maintenance and repair activities at our Egg Central Station facility, working a day shift schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 10-hour shifts. You are a go-getter and problem solver who sees the details and the bigger picture at the same time. You understand that a production environment is a busy place and that things don’t always go as planned, but you’re able to stay organized and make sure your team understands and works the plan. You have stellar interpersonal skills that enable you to influence and empower your team to meet and exceed expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Production to ensure daily production schedule targets are met.
  • Directly manage Crew in their daily tasks, including performance reviews, on-the-job training, and coaching/disciplinary action
  • Ensure all personnel safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures are followed without exception.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop solutions and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
  • Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Partner with the training team to oversee and coordinate the development and up-skilling of the maintenance crew.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in production/manufacturing preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
